橡胶复合改性沥青在疏港高速公路隧道“白加黑”工程中的应用

摘要:

大型海港码头的疏港高速公路,一般服役于重交通及以上的荷载等级条件。当既有水泥混凝土路面出现病害并需要加铺沥青路面进行改造时,若采用常规沥青混合料结构,在重交通荷载条件下服役几年后,往往会出现较大的车辙病害,以及水泥混凝土板块产生的大量反射裂缝病害。在计算分析了交通荷载等级和使用需求的基础上,提出采用橡胶复合改性沥青混合料对旧水泥混凝土路面进行“白加黑”提升改造;并通过试验获取了上面层SMA-13沥青混合料的原材料性能、配合比设计与生产调整、路用性能等指标;通过现场施工总结,阐述了橡胶复合改性沥青SMA-13混合料的施工技术要点及质量控制措施。最后结合改造结束时和运营三年后的隧道路面各项路况检测指标进行分析。结果表明:在重交通及以上的荷载等级条件下,对高速公路隧道旧水泥混凝土路面进行“白加黑”提升改造,采用高模量的橡胶复合改性沥青SMA-13结构作为上面层,同时在旧混凝土板块上设置具有高黏结作用和高变形能力的橡胶沥青应力吸收层,具有技术可行性和实用性。

Abstract:

The highway of large harbor terminals is generally used for heavy traffic and above load class conditions. When the existing cement concrete pavement is diseased and needs to be paved with asphalt pavement for transformation, if the conventional asphalt mixture structure is adopted, after several years of service under heavy traffic load conditions, large rutting diseases and a large number of reflection crack diseases produced by cement concrete slabs often appear. On the basis of the calculation and analysis of the traffic load level and the use demand, it is proposed to use rubber composite modified asphalt mixture to upgrade the old cement concrete pavement with "white and black". Through the test, the raw material performance, mix ratio design and production adjustment, road performance and other indexes of the upper layer of SMA-13 asphalt mixture were obtained. Through the actual construction technology on site, the construction technical points and quality control measures of rubber composite modified asphalt SMA-13 mixture were expounded. Finally, the detection indicators of the tunnel pavement at the end of the renovation and three years after operation were analyzed. The results show that under the conditions of heavy traffic and above load levels, the old cement concrete pavement of the highway tunnel is upgraded and transformed with "white and black", and the rubber composite modified asphalt SMA-13 structure with high modulus is used as the upper layer, and the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer with high adhesion and high deformation capacity is set on the old concrete plate, which has technical feasibility and practical.
